Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage daily store operations ensuring high customer service standards.
  • Train and lead retail staff to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing for in-store promotions to increase sales.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers for better satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for restocking.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a retail sales role, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of retail management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
