We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.

Job Purpose: You will develop, implement, and manage HSE systems and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, aiming to minimize risks to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Develop HSE management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
  • Risk & Hazard Management: Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to mitigate risks.
  • Training & Awareness: Create training programs to ensure employee and contractor safety competencies.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Perform regular audits and maintain safety records.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Lead emergency response planning and ensure effective crisis management.
  • Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is required. Candidates should have NEBOSH and OSHA certifications and a minimum of 7 years of HSE experience in industrial settings.
