As a Safety Supervisor at KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting safe working practices at various job sites. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting routine safety training and toolbox talks with teams.
  • Performing regular inspections to identify unsafe practices and conditions.
  • Coordinating supplemental inspections when new hazards arise.
  • Assisting with project safety planning and hazard investigations.
  • Documenting safety-related observations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Investigating incidents to determine causes and prevent recurrences.
  • Enforcing company safety rules and encouraging reporting of safety concerns.
