Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Maintain an organized seating plan to enhance table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings accurately.
• Communicate effectively with service staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor dining area activity and adjust seating arrangements as needed.
• Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Provide guests with menus and information about the outlet.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Basic knowledge of computer or reservation systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
