Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory.
  • Conducting property tours, providing information, and negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and engaging with them to ensure their needs are met.
  • Generating and following up on leads to expand the customer base.
  • Analyzing the market and providing accurate and up-to-date information about properties.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Facilitating timely completion of real estate deals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably having at least two years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong passion for sales and customer service.
