Sales Manager

Preparing and implementing sales plans for the region in line with the factory strategy. • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for pallets and plastic baskets. • Supervising and directing sales representatives and monitoring their field performance. • Developing strong relationships with key customers (factories, warehouses, logistics companies, retail). • Following up on customer orders from pricing to delivery in coordination with production and storage. • Studying market needs and proposing new products, sizes, or improvements. • Analyzing the market and competitors and preparing periodic reports for management. • Following up on receivables and coordinating with the finance department. • Participating in the preparation of technical and financial proposals and negotiating with customers. • Ensuring compliance with quality policies and customer service approved by the factory.
