Sales Manager

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance by setting objectives, creating detailed sales plans, and managing the sales force to achieve targets. The role focuses on strategic planning, team development, and maintaining strong client relationships within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Create detailed sales plans for each product line, broken down by salesperson and customer.
• Set sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each salesperson.
• Maintain inventory levels and product mix, adjusting selling prices based on supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Develop plans to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
• Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to enhance their skills, ensuring high professional standards are met and monthly sales and KPI targets are achieved.
• Ensure targets are met through effective people management, performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition.
• Prepare necessary reports and presentations for top management.
• Expand customer targets and acquire new clients.
• Introduce new business lines within the department.
• Supervise collection and accounts receivable positions.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
• Arrange needed goods from suppliers to maintain stock availability.
• Follow up on logistic issues for goods and manage available stocks according to market needs.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
• Meet customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.

Professional Development

The Sales Manager is expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
