Job features: Clear job ladder (promotions), training leading to employment, escalating commissions, continuous courses. Working hours: One shift, morning shift from 9 AM to 4 PM or evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM. Vacations: One day a week from Saturday to Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday, work without vacations.
