• Building effective relationships with assigned clients and maintaining them to enhance their loyalty and achieve their satisfaction by providing distinctive service and implementing it efficiently. • Supervising and developing existing operations and maintaining them within the scope of clients/assigned area. • Preparing a list of daily/weekly contacts/visits and ensuring the accuracy of information monthly. • Conducting intensive and organized research on new clients and preparing a targeted list of them with the support of the regional manager, in order to acquire new clients. • Attracting new clients and applying the necessary administrative procedures to open new internal client accounts. • Following up on orders and deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service. • Tracking and analyzing sales targets daily. • Reviewing daily sales reports for managing and coordinating work. • Dealing with customer inquiries about current products and responding quickly, effectively, and accurately. • Providing customers with appropriate product choices, providing samples in response to their inquiries, and offering price quotes accordingly. • Responding to customer complaints and following up with the relevant department to resolve them as quickly as possible to maintain customer satisfaction. • Responsible for confirming/matching customer balances and collecting payments from them according to company policy. • Gathering market information about competitors' activities, their products, prices, and market trends, and reporting this to management. • Following management directives in all aspects of the sales cycle. • Attending scheduled meetings and training set by the sales manager. • Meeting work requirements and working as a team. • Committing to the integrity of the company and its values, ensuring that all activities comply with the company's policies and procedures.
