We are looking for an active Sales Specialist who focuses on customer service to join our sales team. You will be responsible for selling the company's products and services, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and accurately understanding their needs.
  • Effectively showcasing, promoting, and selling products and services.
  • Providing accurate information about products and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting customers during the purchasing process to achieve sales.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining the appearance and organization of the store according to company standards.
  • Contributing ideas and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a diploma qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (in Arabic and English).
  • Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in pressure situations.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and consumer behavior.
  • Punctuality, organization, and reliability are essential.
