Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to sell food products and services to HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés. You will work towards achieving defined sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential HORECA clients to present our offerings.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and understand evolving client needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by developing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultation to assist clients in selecting products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer accounts, including order follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights back to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Support promotional campaigns and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of HORECA experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
