A field sales specialist is required to work in a leading human resources company, an accredited provider of remote work services. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and hold a university degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
The candidate must be able to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients, with mastery of communication and negotiation skills.
The main responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the specified goals
• Preparing commercial proposals and providing suitable solutions for clients
• Following up on sales processes from start to finish
• Preparing periodic sales reports and analyzing market performance
• Participating in exhibitions and commercial events
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients
