Role Overview
Join a leading food distribution company known for its strong distribution network and extensive experience in the sector. We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to work in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of sales representatives and monitor their daily performance.
  • Organize client visits along designated routes and assign tasks to the team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through guidance and motivation of the team.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities, and submit them to management.
  • Follow up on collection processes and ensure customers adhere to payment schedules.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with key clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma at a minimum; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in food sales or consumer products, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Valid driving license.
