Join Coty as a Sales Supervisor in Jeddah!
As our Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and developing Coty’s business across retail and duty-paid stores in the Central Region. This dynamic role involves leading a team of Beauty Advisors, managing daily sales performance, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and growing Coty’s market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial & Commercial Management:
    • Elevate the sell-out performance of Coty brands.
    • Execute sales strategies aligned with local market deployment.
    • Achieve monthly sales and market share targets.
    • Maintain strong store fundamentals including visibility, availability, stock rotation, and aging stock control.
    • Build strong business relationships with store managers and retail partners.
  • Team & People Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors.
    • Train and maximize the performance of each Beauty Advisor.
    • Inspire passion for the beauty industry and Coty brands among customers and Beauty Advisors.
    • Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture.
  • Communication & Analytics:
    • Regularly report on field activities and performance metrics.
    • Identify and communicate plans needed to reach sales and market share objectives.
    • Prepare presentations and conduct business reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of the Saudi retail landscape.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, thriving under pressure.
