We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead our International School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall academic and operational leadership of the school.
  • Oversee the effective implementation and continuous development of the British and American curricula.
  • Ensure compliance with international accreditation and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement the school’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector, including proven leadership experience.
  • Strong experience with British and American curricula (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or School Administration is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of international accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in modern educational technologies and school management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international school environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
