We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our team at our therapeutic center. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize appointments and meetings; schedule tasks efficiently.
  • Receive phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence and administrative reports.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes if required.
  • Assist management in executing various office tasks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management or Secretarial studies.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous secretarial experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
