Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Secretary who possesses high skills in organization and coordination, to support senior management in task follow-up, develop daily operations, and enhance communication between departments to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and achievement.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

* Follow up and organize the tasks of senior management and ensure their execution within the specified timelines.

* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on what has been agreed upon.

* Manage official correspondence, respond to inquiries, and arrange internal and external communications.

* Follow up and implement coordination tasks between departments to ensure smooth workflow and support internal collaboration.

* Contribute to developing and improving daily operations, and propose effective work mechanisms to raise productivity levels.

* Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management.

* Organize files and records and ensure easy access to them.

* Execute other related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Own a car 

* Previous experience in executive secretarial or similar roles.

* High skills in organization, time management, and multitasking.

* Strong ability to communicate and interact with various levels of employees.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to solve problems and take the initiative in developing processes and improving procedures.

* Good level in English (preferred).

* High accuracy in follow-up and attention to detail.



Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
