Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent. Tasks and Responsibilities: Implement and follow up on technical and financial proposals and RFPs in coordination with the relevant departments. Follow up on collection processes and coordinate with the finance department to ensure compliance with deadlines. Efficiently manage and organize the office of the general manager. Organize official correspondence, meetings, and schedule appointments. Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management. Safeguard and organize files and documents with confidentiality and professionalism. Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the general manager within the scope of work. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience in the same field (preferred). Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. High organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Accuracy in work and attention to detail. Commitment to confidentiality and high professionalism.
