About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team in Makkah, serving guests across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Spa Therapist plays an important role in supporting vital spa functions, focusing on delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Spa Therapist include:

  • Promoting spa services and retail products.
  • Scheduling and confirming guest reservations and appointments.
  • Providing accurate information and answers regarding available services.
  • Checking in guests efficiently.
  • Processing payments and ensuring smooth transactions.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role involves various physical demands:

  • Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Managing reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
  • Performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
