• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of Food & Beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
• Prepare for all service operations before, during, and after the service.
• Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Role Overview:
This full-time Sales Manager position is based on-site in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets while managing the sales team effectively. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies in line with company goals.
• Conduct sales forecasting and budget analysis to enhance performance.
• Designing and managing sales commission structures.
• Working closely with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
• Overseeing and expanding catering sales operations.
• Utilizing Odoo ERP modules related to Sales, CRM, and Procurement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in the food or catering industry.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems.
• A strong track record in sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management capabilities.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Odoo Functional Consultant, Sales Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, or Food Industry Sales/Catering Management are preferred.
