Join our team at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts as a Waiter!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by performing all necessary tasks as outlined in the hotel's performance manual.
  • Greet and seat customers with professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages served consistently to uphold our standards.
  • Practice excellent customer relations, addressing complaints and queries satisfactorily.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and ensure the upkeep of all service equipment.
  • Prepare for service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene before, during, and after the service.
  • Work to minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage.
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Operate safely and environmentally, adhering to health and safety policies.
