About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods from receipt to dispatch, supporting the company's operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of warehouse activities, including staff management, implementing robust inventory practices, and continuously optimizing processes. The role requires a leader with strong organizational capabilities and a keen attention to detail to drive operational efficiency and meet service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily Distribution Center (DC) operations.
• Analyze and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, and internal returns (IR).
• Ensure the achievement of operational and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Control inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage the DC budget and control operational costs, including manpower and materials.
• Coordinate effectively with transportation, store operations, commercial, finance, and HR departments.
• Prepare and present weekly operational reports to the director, covering performance and inventory.
• Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management or a related operational role.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to implement effective inventory management practices.
• Experience in optimizing warehouse processes and driving continuous improvement.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage daily warehouse operations.
