Chemical Engineer

Job Title: HR Specialist

Direct Supervisor: HR Manager

Job Objective:

To implement and follow up all operations and procedures related to human resources management, including recruitment, contracts, salaries, vacations, performance, and training, to ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment and selection procedures according to the needs of different departments.

• Prepare and update employment contracts, and ensure they are documented through the 'Qiwa' platform.

• Follow up on attendance, departures, and vacations, and update the HR system promptly.

• Process vacation requests, warnings, violations, and resignations according to the company's regulations.

• Participate in the annual performance evaluation processes and follow up on the developmental plans for employees.

• Provide support in labor and disciplinary issues, in coordination with the legal advisor.

• Prepare periodic reports on human resources including turnover rates, absenteeism, and salaries.

• Contribute to organizing training programs and enhancing employee efficiency.

• Ensure the application of internal policies and procedures in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.

• Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and protect it from any unauthorized use.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.

• Experience of at least two years in the field of human resources.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and the platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance).

• Proficiency in using HRMS systems and office programs such as Excel and Word.

• High communication skills, accuracy in task execution, and the ability to work under pressure.

• The person in this position is responsible for preparing and developing marketing and sales plans and increasing the company's market share in target markets. He is also responsible for training and qualifying the company's sales and marketing teams..

·      Developing plans and formulating sales policies in coordination with marketing and senior management..

·      Setting sales goals and objectives and developing strategies to achieve these goals..

·      Establish a database on markets, competitors, geographical areas, and their distribution..

·      Develop promotion, advertising, and sales offer plans in coordination with senior management..

·      Conduct market research and study the market share of the company and its competitors..

·      Work to increase market share by increasing sales volume..

·      Participating in negotiations with agents and distributors..

·      Participating in the selection and training of salespeople and determining their needs..

·      Identify sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers..

·      Follow up on after-sales service, maintain constant communication with customers, and respond to their complaints..

·      Monitoring competitors' situations and strategies..

• Submitting detailed periodic reports on achievements, marketing problems, and failures to senior management..

2. Job Qualifications

Required Educational Level

· Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the paint industry.

 Required Experience Level

The required experience in the field of paints or their derivatives.

Adequate knowledge of the principles and methods of paint sales for factory owners.

Required skill level

High skills in persuasion and strategic marketing.

The required language level

Fluency in both Arabic and English.

6-month probation period.
