Responsibilities :

- Building relationships and maintaining constant communication with existing and potential customers

- Addressing customer issues and assisting in resolving them, and transferring complaints and suggestions to the company management

- Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and undergoing periodic improvements on them

Requirements :

- Experience of no less than 3 years

- Previous work experience in home appliances
