We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our administrative team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for executing administrative decisions and managing correspondence, schedules, and meetings for your direct supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and follow up on administrative directives issued by your direct supervisor.
  • Open and sort paper mail, distribute it accordingly, and manage email correspondence as per your supervisor's instructions.
  • Handle typing tasks, respond to inquiries and phone calls, and organize important files.
  • Ensure transactions are handled with care and manage files in an easily retrievable manner.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for your direct supervisor and the organizational unit's employees, participate in these meetings, document minutes, and distribute them accordingly.

Location: Based at خميس للولادة والأطفال Hospital.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years in a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences or Hotel Management.

Skills:
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Proficient in email management software.
  • Experienced with office machinery and scheduling.
  • Strong writing and computer typing abilities.
  • Responsible and capable of managing work efficiently.

Skills and Attributes:
