As a Sales Specialist at alfanar, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, presenting our product offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to achieving our sales goals.
Key Accountability Areas
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including target setting, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintain expert knowledge of company products and services, effectively promoting their benefits and features.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present sales proposals, product demos, and pricing information to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
- Training & Development: Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
