About the Role: The HR Officer will support the HR Division in delivering effective personnel services within the sales division. Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing medical requests for policy coverage.
  • Verifying bank loans for eligibility.
  • Analyzing school fee invoices.
  • Ensuring salary documentation for new/trial employees is complete.
  • Analyzing termination and final payment requests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse nationalities.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Competencies: Polite, positive attitude, disciplined, organized, and a team player.

  • Successful completion of Aircraft Maintenance Type Training Course Part 147.
  • Practical experience with AS 532 Ale (H215M) is essential.
