Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist!
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to contribute to our growing team at شركة الوسائل الصناعيه. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study and monitor market developments to set and develop marketing targets and sales strategies.
  • Estimate expected sales volume and translate targets into actionable sales plans.
  • Propose and implement sales policies and evaluate promotional programs.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address issues effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and suggest corrective plans.
  • Prepare and document specialized reports related to sales, providing suitable recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the sales field for at least two years.
  • Diploma in Sales Management (three years post-secondary education).

Skills:
  • Advanced reporting and monitoring capabilities.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Expertise in marketing principles and sales activities.
  • Problem identification and solution formulation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
