Nice One is searching for a driven, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Salesperson to expand our market presence and nurture valuable client relationships in Madinah. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities to drive growth in the Madinah region and consistently achieve or exceed set targets.
  • Develop and foster strong, long-term partnerships with customers by actively understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from Nice One.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase our unique value and product range.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, negotiations, and closing agreements.
  • Maintain proactive follow-up with leads, ensuring continuous client communication and satisfaction post-sale.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and local market insights to help evolve sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Represent Nice One at local industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to boost brand presence in Madinah.
  • Utilize CRM tools to record sales activities accurately and prepare timely reports for sales management.

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service; experience in beauty, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales technologies.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Residing in Madinah or willing to relocate; a valid local driver’s license is preferred.
