About the Role
The Director of Spa will oversee the spa operations and lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional wellness experiences that align with FAENA’s luxury brand standards. This individual will be instrumental in creating a unique and transformative wellness experience for guests, ensuring the spa services meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spa Operations Management: Lead all aspects of spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests. Oversee daily operations, staffing, service standards, and the implementation of all operational policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creating a positive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of personalized service for spa guests, exceeding expectations and providing a holistic wellness experience that aligns with FAENA’s culture and brand values.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the spa budget, financial performance, and revenue generation initiatives. Monitor profitability, control costs, and implement strategies to enhance revenue streams through treatments, products, and spa packages.
  • Product and Service Innovation: Regularly assess and evolve the spa menu, introducing new and innovative treatments and wellness programs that appeal to our high-end clientele.
  • Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the Hotel Manager, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the spa services within the broader hotel experience.
  • Compliance and Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, industry regulations, and FAENA’s internal policies regarding spa operations and guest well-being.
  • Brand Representation: Be a brand ambassador for FAENA, ensuring that all spa services and experiences reflect the luxury, art, and cultural values of the brand.

Qualifications
Minimum of 57 years of experience in luxury spa management, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally in pre-opening or high-end resort/spa environments.

About the Role
