In this vital role, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and posting job advertisements.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and evaluation forms.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
