Job Title:
Human Resources Employee 

Years of Experience:
From 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing recruitment processes and attracting suitable talents.

  • Familiarity with the systems and regulations of the Saudi Labor Law and ensuring compliance.

  • Dealing with the Qiwa platform, Social Insurance, and HR platforms such as Jisar and Zoho.

  • Preparing and updating employee contracts and their files.

  • Following up on daily employee affairs (attendance, vacations, evaluations).

  • Supervising payroll procedures in coordination with the finance department.

  • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources.

  • Contributing to improving the work environment and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Contributing to organizing and implementing training and qualification programs for employees, and following up on their skill development and enhancing their job efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

  • Practical experience from 2 to 5 years in the field of human resources.
