Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels for consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends and cultural sensitivities.
