Join NOMAC as an Operations Manager for a flagship CCGT power project in Al Madinah!

As an Operations Manager, you will be crucial in leading operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of the plant. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the operations department, managing plant operations and laboratory activities while adhering to contractual requirements and HSE standards.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of operational strategies in line with plant objectives.
  • Managing departmental budgets and tracking performance to find and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Directing daily plant operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams for effective outage planning and execution of maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSSE policies and leading safety programs and incident responses.
  • Overseeing laboratory functions to maintain optimal plant performance.
  • Managing contracts, inventory, and consumables for cost-effective operations.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentoring and developing the operations team to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 12–15 years of experience in power generation with a focus on CCGT operations.
  • Proven knowledge of plant operations and optimization techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with safety compliance and emergency handling.
  • Familiarity with PPP frameworks and stakeholder management.
