Role Responsibilities:

  • Address and escalate customer concerns professionally to the Store Manager.
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain store standards including cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Follow store security policies to minimize stock loss.

Requirements:
  • High School Certificate.
  • 23 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and excellent customer service skills.
