Marriott Hotel – Madinah, a renowned leader in the global hospitality sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences.

Role Overview:
A full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is available in Madinah, where you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads to develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors within the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
  • Promote hotel offerings including accommodations, meetings, and events.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize revenue.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in hotel sales or the hospitality industry.
  • Strong lead generation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Strong knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
