Sales Specialist📣 Job Ad

Sales Specialist required to work in a leading company in the field of [supplying and installing doors and decorations], with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. The candidate must be able to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients, with mastery of communication and negotiation skills. The main responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve specified goals

• Searching for new clients and developing the existing client base

• Preparing and presenting commercial proposals to potential clients

• Following up on sales processes from start to finish

• Preparing periodic sales reports and analyzing market performance

• Participating in exhibitions and trade events

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Incentives and commissions on sales are available

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schematics based on engineer/architect instructions.
• Produce construction drawings in accordance with project standards and local authority requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as directed by project engineers and design managers.
• Ensure drawings are properly referenced, dimensioned, and compliant with quality standards.
• Maintain organized electronic filing of drawings and revisions.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines to avoid clashes and inconsistencies.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies through markups and updates.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings as required.
• Support the design team during submission and approval stages.
• Develop and update BIM models in Revit if operating in a BIM environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Saudi codes and project specifications.
• Perform self-checks prior to submission of drawings.

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–7 years of drafting experience in engineering consultancy or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working on mixed-use or major developments in KSA or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
