About the Role:
Join Raffles The Red Sea as a Butler, where you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing intuitive and personalized assistance throughout their stay. This role is essential in upholding the standards of luxury and service that Raffles is renowned for, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Personalized Service: Deliver intuitive assistance from pre-arrival to departure.
  • Guest Arrival & Departure: Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Valet Services: Oversee packing and unpacking services, ensuring luxury standards.
  • Food & Beverage Coordination: Manage in-villa dining experiences, ensuring excellence in service and presentation.
  • Experience Curation: Anticipate guest preferences and curate bespoke itineraries.
  • Inter-Departmental Liaison: Ensure seamless coordination with other teams to enhance guest experiences.
  • Brand Philosophy: Uphold the brand’s philosophy of Emotional Luxury in every interaction.
  • Standards & Compliance: Maintain service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in luxury hospitality, specifically in Butler service.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, guest relations, and attention to detail.
  • Language: Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understand the luxury service etiquette and cultural values of Saudi Arabia.
  • Pre-opening Experience: Highly desirable to have worked in a pre-opening environment.

Additional Information:
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations.
  • Experience in project coordination during pre-opening stages is essential.
  • Proactive approach with ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming aligned with Luxury standards.

About The Job

  • Greet and Escort guests to their room, handle guests’ luggage and other baggage, ensure cleanliness of rooms and suites, handle guest enquiries and special request deliveries.
  • Anticipate customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services, or information.
  • Take and process orders accurately and maintain good knowledge of menu items, food & beverage services to answer guests inquiries thoroughly.
