What You'll Be Doing:
  • Contribute to creating and implementing cost estimating best practices and strategies.
  • Make accurate project cost estimates across various levels.
  • Support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques.
  • Analyze costs, trends, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize methodologies and software to maintain reliable data.
  • Oversee cost benchmarking and maintain a database of consultant and contractor rates.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or cost engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in Cost Estimating.
  • Preferred certifications: CEP, MCIOB, or MCIArab.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
