Join Our Team as a Cost Engineer!
We are actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas projects at Eram Talent. This role is vital for maintaining financial control throughout project execution across various phases including cost estimating, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
  • Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
  • Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of cost engineering experience in upstream and/or downstream projects.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating methods, cost control tools, and project management concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and cost management software (*, SAP, Primavera, AACE practices).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
