We are seeking a dedicated Cost Engineer to support our project teams in the oil & gas sector. This role will involve preparing cost estimates, tracking budgets, and ensuring cost control throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and project activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets and cost plans.
  • Track actual project costs and compare them with the approved budget.
  • Prepare regular cost reports and summaries for management.
  • Review and verify invoices, quantities, and cost-related documents.
  • Support cost forecasting, cash flow preparation, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather cost data.
  • Ensure compliance with cost control standards used in oil & gas projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Engineering Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost engineering, cost control, or estimating.
  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and cost tracking tools.
