About the Role

Merya Hotels is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Operations department in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-5 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. The role offers a starting salary of SAR 4000.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or digital platforms.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the system and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure integrated and swift service delivery.
• Contribute to improving the customer experience by suggesting process enhancements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and measure service quality through surveys or evaluation tools.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer interactions and common issues.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards in customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or call centers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly.
• Tact, patience, and professional interaction with diverse customer types.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Operations department of Merya Hotels.
