Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess the nutritional habits and status of patients and screen for nutritional risk in accordance with established protocols.
  • Plan and initiate medical nutrition therapy based on clinical protocols.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on nutritional issues.
  • Communicate individual nutritional care plans to the care provider team.
  • Monitor store participation and identify patient meal setups based on conditions.
  • Perform administrative duties related to public health, such as participating in International Kidney Day.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and FME policies.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to meetings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
