SAUR is a leader in water and essential services, dedicated to environmental protection in the regions it serves. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Mission:
The Executive Assistant will maintain official departmental records and execute administrative responsibilities in line with organizational policies. This role is pivotal in achieving corporate goals through effective management of administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the GCC CEO and collaborate with the General Manager and HR Director of Saudi Arabia.
  • Handle administrative activities including screening calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for the GCC team.
  • Manage logistics for onboarding new employees.
  • Lead negotiations with service providers for daily operational needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Occasional travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
