Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support statutory and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance. Reporting directly to the Financial Reporting & Compliance Section Head, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring adherence to Saudi regulations, IFRS, and organizational financial policies while providing insightful analysis to guide business decisions.

  • Collaborate with team members and other functions to complete financial reporting accurately and on time.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Process Improvement & Systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Utilize ERP systems and Excel for advanced analysis and reporting.
  • Recommend improvements to financial systems and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Strong accounting foundation with expertise in IFRS and Saudi regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, CANIAS, Oracle, etc.), and advanced Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders. Resilient under pressure with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
