Role Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as a finance business partner to key functions, including Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Costing & Controlling: Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers and implement KPIs for performance evaluation.
  • Operational Finance: Collaborate with operations to enhance material utilization and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
  • People Leadership: Mentor the finance team and build financial understanding across plant operations.

Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills for team management.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
