Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• 3+ years’ people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and risk management.
• Preferred certifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
