• Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and appropriate payroll processing for hotel staff.
• Expense Tracking: Track employee expenses through claims and credit card purchases for tax and budgeting purposes.
• Financial Reporting: Create and present financial reports to management, requiring expertise in financial data analysis.
• Financial Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of hotel operations, including cash logs and bank account statements.

• Strong skills in bookkeeping, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and tax filings.
• Experience in financial audits and regulatory compliance.
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (*, CPA or CMA) is a plus.
