Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff for seamless operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining and reception areas.
  • Handle phone and online reservations efficiently.

  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items and special events.
  • Assist in organizing special functions during high-demand periods.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly in English.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to local customs.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, particularly with reservation management.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
