Role Overview:
The Hostess will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for the following:
  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome.
  • Managing reservations and coordinating table seating.
  • Answering phone inquiries.
  • Collaborating with waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records through ERP or warehouse management systems.
