Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for all hotel operations.
  • Support, work with, and supervise all departments.
  • Establish correct plans, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare short and long-term development plans.
  • Submit regular reports to management.
  • Train, evaluate, and manage staff development.
  • Monitor and review operating budgets and costs periodically, improving them as necessary.
  • Find unique ways to serve customers and increase satisfaction.
  • Enhance overall operational processes.

  • Experience of no less than 5 years in hotel management or operations (preferably 4 or 5 stars or serviced apartments).
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Leadership skills and decision-making ability under pressure.
  • Able to manage multicultural teams.
