Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for all hotel operations.
  • Support, work with, and supervise all departments.
  • Establish correct plans, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare short and long-term development plans.
  • Submit regular reports to management.
  • Train, evaluate, and manage staff development.
  • Monitor and review operating budgets and costs periodically, improving them as necessary.
  • Find unique ways to serve customers and increase satisfaction.
  • Enhance overall operational processes.
  • Anticipate customer challenges and create proactive measures to boost satisfaction.
  • Review performance regularly.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Manager (required)
  • Language: Proficient in English (required)
